How do I schedule an appointment?

Therapy appointments available between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Central Time), Monday through Friday. Scheduling link coming soon.

Preparing for your first appointment with Cheri

Please email before your appointment or bring:

  • Old or new hearing tests
  • Any documentation relating to a diagnosis
  • Completed new patient paperwork 
Can I email hearing test results?

A secure email server allows you to easily attach medical test results.

Why sign my doctor's and Cheri’s medical release document?

Your doctor’s medical release gives him permision to speak with Cheri.

Cheri’s medical release gives her permission to contact and collaborate with audiologists, optometrist specializing in visual processing skills, teachers, and therapist through emails and phone conversations.

What other services are provided by Cheri?
  • Emotional support
  • Once under supervision, Cheri will provide psychotherapies
  • Learning to shop and cook gluten free and dairy free
  • Curriculum help and teaching strategies
  • IEP and 504 letters of accommodation (Cheri attends meeting when available)
Are services provided by Cheri covered by insurance?

Cheri is working under supervision with her LMSW (License Master of Social Work) completing an internship towards earning her licensure as a clinical social worker.

Insurance coverage information coming.

Auditory Integration Training is not covered by insurance. Clients are able to use their Healthcare Savings Plan.

Does insurance cover hearing aids?

It is client’s responsibility to call their insurance provider to check for hearing aid coverage.

Cheri provides resources for financial help from organizations for  low income clients.
